The “wheels” image that is incorporated within the Erie Turntable logo was created and trademarked by The Garbely Publishing Company and has been licensed to TOYX, Inc. for its use in promoting this initiative. Any use of the Erie Turntable logo by a third party, including news articles or briefs, requires prior authorization from TOYX.
